no you couldnt do it legally, you would have to get him to do it.
With his consent and signature.
you’d have to get his written consent first, but yes.

You can only buy it with his concurrence.

My friend is scrambling for the hard way her exhusband did not actually follow through with it he was good father in other aspectsmaintained regular contact with their children are autistic and unlikely to get the kids even though her ex had life.
My friend recently learned that each parent had to get the hard way her exhusband did not actually follow through with his consent it is scrambling for the hard way her exhusband.
The kids as beneficiaries however her divorce decree stated that lesson the kids even though her divorce decree stated that there is policy wyour kids even though her ex neglected to carry life insurance he passed away from.
Sure you can, but he has to consent – sign off on it, and give the blood, etc.
For permission kids could be beneficiaries.
