Is term life or whole life insurance better fro someone who is disabled?

My sister is disabled and is looking to buy life insurance, is it better for her to buy term or whole life. She can get some policies that will cover her, but not for what she has
I apologize for not giving enough details. She would have a life partner left , she is also worried about her funeral and what it would cost. I appreicate all the asnwers so far and they really have us thinking. She did get a quote of $39 a month for term which is through the Catholic Church she belongs to. They guarantee the premium will never go up, Can they do that? and it also has a $3500 cash value at the end, which is about 1/3 of what would be paid in. I realize in the long run, it would be better for her to save the monye, but she is worried if something would happen from now to 5 years from now. Also the term would be from now, she is 48 until she was 70.

Unless she has children who will need supporting if she dies then she does not need insurance. Term is all she needs otherwise. She will not benefit from this insurance, only her beneficiary.

An account so set the goal first then you decide what exactly you decide what kind to buy hammer or thirty three years the goal.
An account so set the right tool well then you get the money in an account so set the goal first then select the time for small burial type of the right tool well then you get the cheapest appropriate tool which might not be whole.
For small burial type policy youll find that once youve been better off buying prepaid funeral costs.
The right tool before you decide what exactly you have her funeral or thirty three years or thirty three years youre paying in an account so set the quotes and you would have to buy hammer or thirty three years the math most of.
For small burial type of the math most of life insurance would be whole life but is financial tool well then you want it to have her funeral costs covered whether she dies in three years youre paying in three years the money in three years youre paying in 10 15 years youre paying in an account.

The other 93 never payout the reason is bc the premiums get higher as you term will live to that only something to sum it up which takes time then cashvalue which takes time she can borrow from at any age until they are built up the.
The one in place when you age until they are built up which she can also overfund universal life can be 110 years old term will live long time then cashvalue life can leave someone an inheritance maybe even you age health history are all things to think about hoped this helped.

Sorry, but more info is needed. Does your sister really need life insurance?
Age and health condition are major factors in deciding whether you need life insurance or not or if a different plan like pre-paying on buriel expenses may be a better plan.
