Was it legal for a mother to take out three life insurance policies on her daughter in 1990?
The three policies had a twenty year term and are due to return a dividend in 2010. Now that i am 19 and don’t live with my mother anymore, legally who does this money belong too?
Please Help!
Some useful links would be appreciated too , Thanks!

I want to get life insurance and after getting quote from an agent I looked into it. I found that I would get more coverage with term for a better price. I kind of understand the savings portion but wouldn’t it make more sense to get a term policy and put the rest in a etf or mutual fund, that way it’s my money and the insurance company can’t keep it if I would happen to pass. I am going to go with the term but is there any reason to go with the whole life. I’m 24 with wife and 3yr old. Also, why would the agent not tell me about term insurance, it seems like a better deal if you ask me.

Does anyone know of a good life Insurance Company without medical exams, and one that will allow you to get back all your paid premiums at the end of the term, if there is such a thing like that? Also one that want drop you when your term comes to close just because you got very sick 10, 15, 20 years later.
Thanks

Hi;
I am an independent insurance agent in SC. I have a heavy client [6' 3", 400]. He falls outside the “build tables” of the life insurers I currently work with. He wants term.
Does anyone have any direct experience with a life insurer that will accept a client with this build?
Can anyone direct to me resources that might lead me to a life insurer that will accept a client with this build?
Thank you for taking a look at my question.

Hi,
I am 31, married, in decent health (don’t smoke). No kids, but planning for one next year. How much life insurance do I need? Thinking about a term policy for $500,000, but not sure if I need it for 10, 20 or 30 years? Any advice much appreciated.
Annual income is the $100,000 range.
Thanks.

In my old job I had Life Insurance, which I paid for a few years….then I quit……..(maybe 4 years ago).
What happens to the money I put in?
Can I get some of it back?
Did the insurance automatically become void once I stopped putting money into it?
In my new job I am into something similar right now…I pay for “Life and AD” , “Supplemental AD and D Supplemental AD&D” Insurance and “Long-Term Disability”
Where does it all go? What happens if I quit my work and stop paying?
Thanks….!

I’m talking about the Army, in particular. Is it term life insurance, or permanent life insurance?
As of right now, my husband’s job doesn’t put him on the front lines. I already know how much life insurance the policy is for. I’m just trying to figure if I should get life insurance and for how much. Does anyone here know the difference between term and permanent life insurance? That’s all I need to know. Is his life insure term or permanent.
